I especially hate that people pat themselves on the back for posting this crap, like “look at me! I’m so body positive!” No, you’re not. First off, it’s harmful to women who are naturally thin. Second, it’s ableist against people with eating disorders (do you honestly think telling them their body is wrong is the solution, when people telling them their body is wrong was what triggers disordered eating?). Also, curvy =/= fat. People who post shit like this probably still have fatphobia, make fat jokes, and talk about fat people like they’re less than human.
Also, my body size has nothing to do with my fuckability.

My nickname for my husband is Dipshit, and he calls me Dimple. When we first got married we talked very briefly about getting tattoos for each other but we never ended up doing it. Almost three years later, I decided to get one as a surprise for him. The tattoo is in his handwriting from a card he wrote to me, and in blue ink because that is his “preferred” ink colour.
